Meet The Staff

Malinda, Office Manager

Malinda first joined our team when the practice began in 2006, and she has an impressive 36 years of experience in dentistry overall. She is also a Licensed Practical Nurse and a certified maxillofacial and surgical assistant. She has attended dynamic team concepts training and multiple courses at LVI dental institute in Las Vegas. She has additional education in CPR, radiation safety, and nitrous oxide. Malinda loves seeing patients who are initially very apprehensive about dental treatment leave with a smile on their face and a newfound appreciation for dental care. She and the rest of the team work hard to treat people like family!

Originally from Wilson, Malinda has been married for 52 years and has four children and six grandchildren-including Dr Guthrie, who is her first child! She loves having her daughter as her boss. Her other hobbies outside of the office include playing the piano, spending time with loved ones, and watching her grandchildren participate in sports and other interests they have.

Misti is one of our dental assistants who live here in Ardmore, and she has 23 years of experience in dentistry and counting. She spent two years at East Central

University, and attended the ADA Dental Assisting Program. Additionally, she has training in a wide variety of topics, including coronal polishing, topical fluoride, sealants, full mouth reconstruction, radiation protection, and more. She loves both her patients and her coworkers! She has a unique way of making her patients feel at ease and comfortable with her conversation while they are in the office. In addition, she is a great asset with her ability to help run the front office when needed.

Misti and her husband of 20 years have two sons. Outside of the office her hobbies including watching the kids play sports, spending time with family, and going to antique and thrift stores.

Emily, Dental Assistant

Emily is our newest dental assistant. She grew up in the Ardmore area most of her life. She graduated from Lone Grove High School. Emily joined Dr Guthrie’s practice in 2022, and has been in the dentistry field for 5 years. We love having her young personality in our office. She is talented in many areas, including art. In her spare time she loves spending time with friends or family and spoiling her nephews!

Lorrie, Treatment Coordinator

Lorrie is our treatment coordinator, and has many different expanded duties. She joined our dental team in 2020 with 29 years of dental experience in the front office. She graduated from Murray State with a Business Degree. She has been a part of our dental team for 4 years. Her knowledge of dental insurance, treatment plans, and ability to step in and run the office day to day in any aspect is invaluable.

She lives in Dickson with her spouse and has been married for 41 years. In her spare time she enjoys helping her husband on the farm and ranch, and spending time with her sons and grandchildren.

Bobbi, Dental Hygienist

Bobbi is one of our registered hygienist. She joined our practice in 2022, and has 24 years of experience in dentistry overall. She attended and graduated from the Rose State Dental Hygiene program.

Bobbi is married to her high school sweetheart, and has 2 boys. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, camping, traveling, and off roading at Cross Bar Ranch.

Beddie, Dental Assistant

Beddie is another one of our dental assistants who has an impressive 38 years of dental experience! The knowledge and skills she has gained over her years of patient care makes her invaluable to us! She has been a part of our dental team for 4 years. The best thing she enjoys about her job is her boss and coworkers. She is certified in CPR, nitrous oxide administration, and radiation safety as well as various other training she has had during her dental experience through the years. She is from Thackerville and her favorite interests all involve her family and grandchildren.

Tiffany, Dental Hygienist

Tiffany is a registered dental hygienist who has 17 years’ experience. She has worked 6 years at this practice. The thing she enjoys most about her job is getting to know patients on a personal level and helping to improve their oral health. She graduated from Rose State Dental Hygiene program, and has advanced training in administration of local anesthesia, and nitrous oxide. She is originally from Healdton, and has been married to her husband Daniel for 20

years. She has one daughter, Aubrey, who is the joy of her life. She enjoys camping, spending time with her family, watching Aubrey play sports. She also enjoys watching OU football and softball.

Amber, Dental Hygienist

Amber Henderson is our newest hygienist who recently joined our practice. She has 31 years’ experience in the dental field, and 22 years as a hygienist. Amber graduated from Healdton High School, and received her dental hygiene degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dental Hygiene.

Amber now resides in Lone Grove and has been married for 21 years and has a daughter and son. She enjoys spending time with family, camping, fishing and gardening. Her favorite thing is watching her son play baseball.
