I brush every day, but my breath just is not fresh. Is there anything I can do?

Bad breath (also known as halitosis) is a common problem among a wide variety of patients, and Dr. Guthrie can help determine the source during your checkup. The condition may be caused by tooth decay, the presence of gum disease, or diet. Thankfully, it can be overcome with modern procedures and high-quality oral hygiene products.

Crowns, veneers, dentures… Where can I learn more about these procedures?

Please take a look at our service pages, as they provide plenty of good information about the treatment options we offer to patients in need. Alternatively, if you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact our Ardmore, OK practice. Our team members are always happy to help!

What is CEREC?

Our CEREC technology enables us to create high-quality, customized dental crowns, inlays, onlays, and other restorations over the course of a single appointment for improved patient convenience and comfort. Dr. Guthrie can provide either permanent or temporary restorations with the help of this state-of-the-art tool, depending on the patient’s personal needs and preferences.

Does your office use lasers?

Yes! Our advanced soft tissue laser has several issues, including aesthetic gum recontouring, the treatment of gum disease, and more. With this technique, sterilization of the treated area is immediate and bleeding is minimized. In fact, most patients will recover at a faster speed than they would after traditional treatment.

How do I find the right cosmetic dentist?

Today, most general dentists also provide cosmetic services; that’s why it’s important to ensure that you’re selecting the right practice for your smile makeover. Dr. Guthrie has many success stories under her belt, and her dedication to continuing education is impressive as well – feel free to ask us for more information!

My smile is missing teeth. What do you suggest I do?

First, you will need to schedule an initial consultation with Dr. Guthrie. During this visit, she will carefully review your oral health in full and discuss possible options for replacement with you.
